I contacted him and requested more information on the property and within minutes of my request, he had called to set up a viewing. I arrived a few minutes early to the property and he was already in the driveway waiting for me. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the property, and he was able to answer every question I had. I was a first-time home buyer and Paul took the time to explain the entire buying process to me. He never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision without being completely informed. I decided not to pursue Paul's listing but I was so impressed by our meeting I enlisted him as my buyer's agent. From that point on Paul and his team at On the Move Team were never more than a phone call away. He almost always answered his phone, and if I had to leave a message he always returned my call within the same day. After a few weeks of looking, Paul showed me a great townhouse within my budget I wanted. It was a short sale from Bank of America that had been left vacant for quite some time. It was a diamond in rough but I knew this was the place for me. Paul drew up the offer and I met him at his office to sign the papers. While waiting for a response from the bank Paul was extremely proactive, calling me on a regular basis with any updates he had or any questions he needed me to answer before he could take action. He knows how to get a deal done and my purchase ended up being much more difficult than I had anticipated. Since the property was a short sale communication between us and the bank tended to be slow and it took several weeks of going back and forth before we knew the offer had been accepted. Furthermore, the loan product that I was using to purchase the property was very complicated and was the cause of more than one delay in closing at one point my lender had tried to back out of the deal just days from closing. When we found out Paul immediately took action and contacted my lender on my behalf and spoke directly with the CEO on two separate occasions. He was stern yet professional and eventually the lender followed through with their commitment. I am absolutely sure that if it had not been for Paul I would not be a homeowner today. The entire process took just over 5 months from the time I found the property to the time I closed, and Paul never left my side. Anyone who has ever tried to purchase a home knows that every deal has pitfalls and curveballs, mine more than most. Paul and his team at On the Move Team did an outstanding job throughout the entire process. He earned every bit of his commission and then some. I will be using Paul for any future real estate transaction, I can't say enough great things about him!"

Also, it was critical that the agent had a depth of knowledge of the local real estate process, current local market trends and conditions, and the art of negotiation which we found to be much different from the area in which we moved. Paul did a fabulous job in being responsive to our needs starting with setting up a broad search that would help us narrow down to the homes and areas we were interested in. Paul and his team spent a good portion of a month or more just helping us through the search process from gathering information about properties we were interested in to multiple on-site visits both virtually and in person. When we did find the home we wanted, he was on top of the negotiation and the terms of the deal to drive the best possible outcome for us. With us being remote, he was able to help coordinate all the milestones required from the deposits through the inspections and finally to closing.
